D.O.E

Hey guys, gals and alien pals...oook...do you guys even exsist???

Anyway today is the last day of D.O.E (Day of Excellence). There were two days in total.

The first day we didn't do anything...almost!!!

Day 1:
Today was for the Bible team quizzes and musical instrument performances. Atleast that was what WE thought!
It ends up that Uncle Fan had moved our vocals up to today (or should I say yesterday) and we were fraking OUT!!! none of us were ready and some of us didn't even know who was going to play the piano/guitar for us. So we protested (sorta). Actually we just talked to Mrs. Poh because only Klang was moved forward and none of us were prepared. Mrs. Poh then talked to Uncle Fan and he agreed tolet us do the vocal tmr, like all the other centres...THank God!!!

Day 2:
Ok, this is the day that we have to do our vocals, speaches and recitation.

People from Klang that did the speaches and recitation:
  1. Rebekah
  2. Sher Wyn (aka SWT)
  3. Joel (the younger one)
  4. Nathaniel
  5. Caleb V.
  6. David P.

We also had vocals...which was like the only category that I was in.

People from Klang doing vocals:

  1. Me
  2. SWT
  3. WAT (Ai Theeng)
  4. Renee
  5. Rebekah
  6. Sandra
  7. Kajal
  8. Ariel
  9. Stephanie
  10. Neethu
  11. Joel Phillip
  12. Cheryl

People Doing Chorrale:

  1. Graham
  2. Me
  3. SWt
  4. WAt
  5. Neethu
  6. Rebekah
  7. Renee
  8. Deborah
  9. David L.
  10. Joel Phillip
  11. Amanda

Sorry if I left anyone out!!!!

I guess everyone did fine. Some fantastic. SOme fine. None Bad...GO KLANG!!!!

So I guess thats all that happened today...so until the next post, buh-bye!!!

Massive Headache!

Hey Guys!

I have like this massive headache right now but its too late for a afternoon nap and too early to go to sleep for good...ahhhhhh!

Today we had football training which was cool...in a way. We had to do some jumping thing that was pretty funny.

We had chorralle pratice again. It was ok I guess. Renee is still sick! HOPE YOU GET BETTER!!! (if you're reading this).

Now I really don't have anything to say/write. Especially with this massive headache and all...sheesh I guess I'll go...but here's a video from our chorralle practice of today...

So there. I posted this on youtube also...for fun...not like anyone will watch/comment on it...but oh well...WhatEver....!

.....?

Ok, I have absolutely nothing to say.
Why post then you ask?
Because I am absolutely BORED out of my skull.

So, today SWT came over to practice for the D.O.E duet that we're doing. Even though we barely practiced at all (Shhhh!). Because we kinda spent most of the time surfing the web...

Oooooo...today we had our FIRST chorralle (is that how you spell it? oooo...medicene...that's how you spell it right?) practice. It was pretty funny. We were like practicing on the stairs since D.O.E is like this THURSDAY!!! (yikes!) and I have no freaking idea why suddenly I thought on 'The Sound Of Music' even though we didn't sound half as good (well atleast me...).

Wow! that was my day. Atleast the part of my day worth writing about. Sure I could y'know "elaborate" on the practices, but to tell you the truth I'm like way, WAY to lazy right now...haih...atleast tomorrow there's football. And football is hardly ever boring, so I guess I would have more things to say, write, say? then...but till tommorrow, I must bid thee farewell.

Oooook....where did that come from? no idea...since my brain is especially empty right now...

Have you ever read 'The Series of Unfortunate Events' ? Cos' it like totally ROX!!! well, atleast I love it. Lemony Snickets (which obviously isn't his real name) is like a great writer. I mean I read this series like last year after getting hooked on 'The Austere Academy: book the fifth' that I had found in my friends room....I think her name was Hannah...I can't really remember. And it couldn't be more of a coinsidence that a month later (or something like that) the movie came out, so I was like totally hyped. Then I started to buy his books...I think I have 3 or 4 books in this series. I forgot about it until like, yesterday when the book 'The Penultimate Peril : book the Twelfth' was on sale...25% off. And I was like I WANT!!! (like a typical SPOILT child) but my dad was like NOOOOOOOOO! and I was like but it's 25% off! (my dad's a sucker for sales) And my dad miraculously said N-O=NO!!! I was like so, so, so, so, so, so SAD! and sulked all the way home...kinda, I can never stay mad at my dad. I try, and try, and try but always fail...haih.

Books are like one thing that I can really get upset about. I mean who knows how many fights I've been into with ppl just because of my crave for books. And I don't mean fights about my parents not allowing me to read the book cos' its not appropriate or something like that. It's almost always about the price. Why do they make books so expensive anyway? I wish there was like some exclusive bookworm club where bookworms can get an exclusive 50% discount all over the world for any book...yeah I know...DREAM ON. Well here's a list of books which I recomend you read.

Alicia's List of MUST READ BOOKS!!!
  1. The Series of Unfortunate Events. (depresing...nothing good ever happens in this book. But its good)
  2. Shopaholic Series (for ppl who love shopping. If you don't like shopping you still can read it but there are lots of shopping bits.)
  3. The Undomestic Goddess (definitely a must read)
  4. The Princess Diaries (for tweens...but I still love it)
  5. All American Girl
  6. Size 12 is NOT fat.
  7. Size 14 is NOT FAT either.
  8. Marley and Me (a biography that like TOTALLY ROX...I cried at the end...It was THAT good...! You MUST read this. IT IS NOT GIRLIE! IT IS ABOUT A MAN AND HIS DOG.)
  9. The Boys Next door (cute, funny, loved it)
  10. The Little House Series. (classic that rules!)
  11. Megan Meade's Guide to the McGowan Boys. (living in a house full of 7 hot guys that you aren't related to...what could be better?)
  12. Prom Crashers (funny and original)

I guess there definitely is a LOT more but for now...these are all I can think of...They are not in order.

Anyway its getting kinda late so I better go before my parents burst...so BUH-BYE!!!

Stupid!

Stupid bookshops!!!

Ok, I didn't mean that. Bookshops are probably the best shops on earth...well other than restorants and pharmacies. Restaurants because without them we would have to eat homecooked meals all the time. Which isn't bad, but sometimes you suddenly get a craving for something Italian or Japanese (you get the point) and the only dishes your mom knows are Chinese, so restaurants are VERY IMPORTANT! Pharmacies because they sell medicene(damn, is that how you spell it? who cares? you get my point) and without them you will die. Sure you can get them(medicene) from doctors...but still...to get them from doctors you have to go for a check-up or something, right? and do you really need a check-up for a headache? just for panadol? So pharmacies are also VERY IMPORTANT. Ok, so are clothes shops, cos' without them you'd be naked! which ofcourse makes clothe shops VERY, VERY IMPORTANT!!!

Y'know, come to think of it department shops/supermarkets are most important because they have practically everything. But the stuff there aren't always so nice right?!?

Anyway, back to why I was calling bookshops 'Stupid"...umm...what was it again?

Ok, forget it. I think I've wrote about it before. I'm just kinda (ok, very) annoyed with the fact that they still haven't got 'Shopaholic and Baby' since like last month. I mean MPHs all over Malaysia are out of that book! except for the expensive version. How a got this imformation? I asked the guy at the counter which branches of MPH still have that book. He checked. All the MPHs have none. I saw it with my own 4 eyes!!!...

I guess I don't really have anything else to say...So BUH-BYE!!!

Grc youth RALLY!!!!

Tomorrow is the Paradise Live Concert! don't forget to go, k?

Venue: Dewan Grace,Taman Chi Liung, Klang
Time: 8pm

The concert is free, so if you want good seats make sure you go early.
Sorry so late only write about it. hehehe

On friday was the very first GRC YOUTH RALLY...WHOOOOOOOOO!!!

It was AWESOME!!!

Ok maybe not that many ppl turned up, which was kind of an discouragement at first. But, aside from that the rally was great!

All the acts were great. Except for the last scene for our(Klang's) skit. David L forgot to bring the gun( toy gun...don't worry...LOL) on stage, but no worries, David did a pretty good cover up and got the "nerd"(Samuel) to bring the gun on to stage...Alls well that ends well, right? (that is the saying right?)

Anyway, The speaker was AWESOME too. WHOOOOO!!! GO DAVID POH!!!

About 10 ppl accepted Christ last night, also 20+ ppl rededicated their life to christ. YAY!!!

I guess there really isn't anything else to write about currently...sooooooooo....buh-bye!

Bored...tired...pointe!

So I'm pretty bored and tired now but like whatever.

Today we (ppl in the skit) went to PJ for our dress rehersal thingy for the rally tmr ( I know, time like totally flies) and I had to dress up like a bimbo/lala girl which was kinda awkward at first but after awhile it was ok...until LUNCH!

Atfirst we were like one of the first ppl who ate so no one really saw me. But later when everyone came downstairs to eat it got really wierd (to me). It felt like everyone was staring at me cos' I was dressed all wierd and stupid. It could have been my imagination but boy, was I glad to get out of that dress.

Oh yeah, the t-shirt for the rally is like totally nice...I mean...like its totally nicer than the ISCF rally one ( no offence to the designer ). So if you're going make sure you buy one k?

POINTE SHOES!!!

ATlast! finally my pointe shoes are done!

We ( Bekah and me) started our first Pointe shoes excersises which like totally HURTS!!! like me and Bekah were screaming while Ji hu (another girl in our class) did everything cool. She did everything and looked like it didn't hurt at all! Ok, her legs were sorta shaking but she still didn't say a word!

I guess you might be thinking if it hurts so much, what for learn? well here's why...

Usually the main reason why a little girl wants to learn ballet is because of pointe shoes. I mean you dream about wearing that tutu with the "pointy shoes" and dance across the stage looking sooooooooo pretty, then you tell your mom, "mummy, I want to do that" (after watching some ballet show). So mummy sends you to ballet lessons and you think that you're super great and show of to your friends.......After grd 2 still no "pointy shoes" (the only reason why you still learn is because you see the big girls using them)....grd 4 ( you want to quit because ballet is stupid and boring, but your parents don't allow it)....grd 6 (you think what the heck! two more years and I'm finished with this ballet...might aswell continue)...grd 7 (WHAM!!! your teacher asks you if you want do pointe shoes, ofcourse you say YES!)...few weeks later, and your toes are killing you and you wonder why you ever wanted to learn pointe shoes...then you look back and go 'oh thats why!'....

So I guess thats about it....buh-bye!

life...

I know, I know...LIFE SUCKS!!!

Ok, that was a bit harsh...also I don't really feel that way...but isn't that what evryone says. Its always my life sux, this sux, that sux...and so forth.

Yeah sure, sometimes it totally feels that way but I guess thats just life. Nobody's life is perfect.

Why did I just write that? I have avsolutely NO FREAKING IDEA.

Anyway...

Today was kind of boring I suppose. I mean nothing happened, nothing DIDN'T happen...it was just ordinary. My dad fell sick...which isn't exactly ordinary but still not something much to write about.

.........................................................................................................................................................................

Damn, I don't wanna move to JB.

I guess the stuff I wrote about the JB centre was really mean (kinda I suppose). I'm sure they're not all that bad, but still.

I DON'T WANNA MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

I know that I like totally hated it when I first started in GRC. I like cried everyday and wished that I could go back to JB. I like begged my parents like crazy. So its kind of like now. I'd probably cry everyday until I find some awesome friends there and once I'm setled...YAY! we're moving again...NOT!

Ok, I'm overreacting...I guess moving could be fun...in a way. Hopefully this would be the last time we move. Until University, that is.

I know, I know, I don't really move THAT much. I mean Crystal's friend (was it Crystal or someone else) moved like to 14 different schools and is like only 14 yrs old which I like so cannot compare to myself. So I guess I SHOULD be grateful that I don't move THAT much.

ooooooooooooooook. What I'm writing is utter nonsense...so I guess I better go....since I have nothing better to write...C ya!
