Asian writers

I HAVE BEEN WAITING PATIENTLY FOR THE COMPUTER MAN TO COME AND STILL HE DOES NOT!

He is supposed to come today...so if it isn't fixed by today I WILL SCREAM. I don't like coming down to the clinic so much everyday. Sitting in my dad's office. NOT NICE I tell you NOT NICE!

Ok...I shouldn't be talking about internet since..well..the previous post was pretty much internet this and internet that....aside from the book thing. Well, what has been going on in my life recently is that Ai Theeng came over to JB and stayed for a week then on Saturday we went to camp (WHOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!). And surprisingly we didn't get into any "serious arguments" just a tinsy wincy friction and (of course) "creative discusions" And I thought we wouldn't even be able to last through thw first 2 days. HA!!! never under estimate friendship! EVen though our day consisted a lot of movie watching and sleeping (since got no inernet and TV...I know...so sad)...but on our last day in JB (Thursday) we "discovered" this game that I downloaded ages ago called Grim's Hatchery that to me was incredibly BORING. But Ai Theeng insisted on playing. So we did. And guess what??? It turns out that it was FUN!!! addictive (atleast to me and AI THeeng)...so yeah...I guess that was it...I THINK!

NOW FOR CAMP!!! YAY!!!

You know...I had so much fun that I don't know what to say...I mean obviously it was freezing! especially in the morning and during Hydro War. OUR TEAM/CONTINENT ON!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! YAY!!!! lol.

I had like tons and tons of fun! so yeeeeeeeeah! erm...our team (Bikini Donut) had THE MOST OBSCENE TAG THAT I haD EVER SEEN!!1 but it was really funny..haha...erm...um...hmmm...IDEA STALK ANYTIME NOW!!!...haih...I think the idea stalk is on holiday also...haha.

Erm...now for book update...i guess...yeah, yeah...I know THE MOST BORING PART! p.s I bought like 3 books in JB bu still no SHOPAHOLIC AND BABY...haih...so sad...I bought Shug, Mummy Diaries (don't worry...it has nothing to do with learning how to be a mom or anything) and Do you have any time? or something like that. I've only read 1 and a half so I guess I'll just "report" on that 1 book....SHUG!

oh yeah...I just found out that Jenny Han really is asian...I just don;t know from where. I mean I searched in her Biographies but she doesn't write. Even though HAn does sound Korean. But she was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia so it doens't seem THAT cool. But still...GO ASIAN WRITERS!!!! haha! I hardly see asian writers that write the kind of books that I currently read. I mean there are tons of English and American writers, with the occasional Indian but hardly ever asian. Other than this book which has the word Vanity Bee in it, which I don't know if it's the author's name or the character's name, I can't remember. I think she's from Malaysia or Singapore. But I didn't like the book. after the first chapter I was like EWWWWWWWWWWW!!!! BORING! ( no offence to those that like this book, if you know which one I'm talking about) so I moved on to Every Boy's Got One by Meg Cabot which obviously ROCKED!!!! haha! so I guess I never really read a proper book by an asian. And if I want to be a Heart surgeon/ writer I hope that in the future there would be more asian writers.

OK...I guess I should go...since I'm quite sure that no one would read through this entire post unless you're seriously bored. And my dad needs his computer back..so BYE!!!! hopefully the computer guy can fix the internet by today so that I can write more...since this blog is practically DEAD....not that anyone cares, since well no one reads my blog...but still...so yeah....erm BYE AGAIN!
